  • Evaluate and improve AI model outputs - Oversee annotators in QCing model outputs, driving alignment on creative standards, and synthesizing findings into clear creative decisions for model improvements.

  • Leverage AI solutions on content launches - Execute AI solutions within active fulfillment workflows to create promotional assets for content launches, ensuring reliability, quality, and scalability.

  • Build and maintain a creative learning loop - Establish feedback loops by identifying patterns in human intervention during live asset fulfillment to inform model improvement opportunities.

  • Translate creative needs into AI opportunities - Partner with creative fulfillment teams to turn real creative production pain points into potential AI opportunities, collaborating with Product Managers to shape them into product concepts and requirements.

  • Lead training and maintain living documentation - Responsible for annotator and end user training. Own up-to-date training documentation on all AI model capabilities to enable effective, scalable AI use across the organization.

  • Stay ahead of the AI landscape - Track external developments in AI for video and adjacent AI fields, synthesize relevant trends, and recommend how they should inform our workflows and long-term strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

If you thrive at the intersection of AI technology and entertainment, and are excited to shape the future of promotional asset development through innovation while rolling up your creative sleeves, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on professional creative making experience with a focus on video, ideally in product, marketing, entertainment, gaming, or related fields.

  • Strong portfolio of video creative demonstrating craft (composition, color, graphics, pacing, etc) and ability to work with brand or creative constraints.

  • Familiarity with AI video and/or image tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Firefly, Leonardo) and how they’re used in creative workflows.

  • Experience creating or contributing to video style guides and templates (trailers, spots, social cutdowns, format packages).

  • Experience with QC processes for video assets (creative quality, brand consistency, technical checks)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Blending Art and Science - Understands how strong video assets are made and can also translate quantitative findings into clear creative diagnoses.

  • Strong Communication - Able to articulate why a creative asset works or doesn’t, and explain it clearly in a way that resonates with both creative and technical stakeholders.

  • Cross-Discipline Collaboration - Comfortable working closely with Product Management, Operations, Creative, and Data Science and Engineering teams.

  • Systems Mindset - Interest in improving models and workflows, not just individual video assets. A passion for scaling creative production.

  • Hands-on Mentality - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what’s needed to move work forward.

  • Agility and Adaptability - Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative, data-driven environments with evolving tools and incomplete information.
