We are seeking a P2P Specialist to support our Contingent Compensation, Royalties and Residuals team. This newly created position is due to the continued growth of the Business, and will be based in our Philippines office. This position will interact with the Contingent Compensation, Royalties and Residuals team across our global offices and will require a flexible worker for the role.
The perfect candidate for this role will be very detail-oriented, able to analyze a large volume of requests & transactions with high accuracy, have excellent communication skills, be capable of multitasking and taking the initiative to drive process change and improvements.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all required documentation is collected and processed
Accurately input payment information, supplier details, and related data into the appropriate systems
Manage incoming data as needed, and accurately enter/store it in the designated data management tools
Partner closely with Contingent Compensation, Royalties and Residuals Analysts
Maintain accurate records of payment pre-work activities and escalate issues as needed
Provide clear communication and resolution to our suppliers for invalid or missing information
Liaison between Analysts, AP and internal business stakeholders when needed
Identify process gaps and drive projects to simplify and automate finance and payment workflows
Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks contributing to the organization’s goals
Open to work during regular business hours, with flexibility to slide shifts/ work overtime for certain critical business periods
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, Airtable and ERP systems (Workday experience a plus)
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
Forward-looking thinker who can articulate the need for and contribute to process improvements ideas
Works with a sense of urgency and sensitivity to last-minute highly critical business requests
Uses good judgment and knows when to make a decision and when to escalate
Proficiency in other language/s (aside from English) is a plus
Must be open to a hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite in Makati (day shift)

Experience at a Global Company
Experience working in Entertainment and or Tech Industries
Experience with a ticketing tool or system
Knowledge of cloud-related ERP systems
Knowledge of SQL, Google App Script or other
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience integrating AI-driven insights or automation tools to enhance financial workflows, optimize data management and/or Accounts Receivable capabilities , or improve invoicing, reporting and payment efficiency
