The Compensation & Benefits Analyst, LATAM will be part of a team that turns insight into action, accelerates excellence, and contributes meaningfully to how our people experience Netflix across the region.

This role reports to the Director of Compensation & Employee Programs LATAM and will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation:

    • Support the maintenance of market reference ranges for LATAM roles

    • Participate in compensation surveys and assess additional market data needs

    • Analyze market trends and internal pay positioning to inform hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention decisions

    • Contribute to regional compensation initiatives such as annual reviews, pay equity analyses, and tool rollouts

    • Perform data analysis and generate insights using scalable tools (e.g., dashboards, reports)

  • Benefits:

    • Support the design, implementation and administration of LATAM benefits programs across 4 countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico)

    • Partner with brokers, consultants, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth renewals and effective program execution

    • Develop and maintain clear benefits communications, ensuring employees understand and effectively utilize available programs. Continuously enhance the employee experience by incorporating feedback and improving communication channels and tools

    • Manage vendor onboarding, financial setup and ongoing operational governance

    • Review escalated benefits issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with vendors on sustainable solutions

    • Support annual benefit renewals across LATAM, conducting competitive benchmarking, trend analysis, and delivering actionable insights for program improvement

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

  • Experience supporting compensation cycles, market analysis, or benefits renewals in LATAM environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, including developing clear materials for diverse audiences

  • Operates effectively in high-performance, fast-changing and collaborative environments, navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and strong attention to detail

  • Resilient and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and rigor

  • Employee-centric and improvement-driven, consistently looking for ways to simplify processes and elevate the overall employee experience
