About Marketing Partnerships
At Netflix, Marketing Partnerships maximizes the impact of brand engagements, driving business results through creative excellence. The team consists of (4) distinct business units focused on distinct outcomes:
Ads B2B Marketing: drive preference with advertisers
Partner Marketing: grow our subscriber base
Brand Partnerships: promote our titles to members
Integrated Marketing: offer custom solutions for advertisers
All of these objectives are supported by the Marketing Partnerships Creative team that collaborates with external brands and agency/production partners as well as internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions. The Marketing Partnerships Creative team consists of (3) disciplines: Brand Strategy, Creative, and Creative Production. This team is tasked with ensuring partnership programs are rooted in a compelling strategy, crafted at the highest quality, and executed flawlessly.
About The Role
We are seeking a Creative Director to support Ads Marketing and B2B Marketing, acting as a Creative Manager across a wide range of initiatives. This includes tentpole advertising collateral, major sales industry events (such as Front Row, AdWeek, Cannes, etc.), B2B social media, CRM, and other marketing activities.
In this role, you will drive these events and campaigns with creative ideas, ensuring consistency with the global narrative, and producing high-quality videos, decks, and other crafted materials. Creative excellence is considered an essential component of all projects.
You’ll collaborate closely with team members and agencies in both Mexico and Brazil to develop and execute campaigns that help drive preference among advertisers and brands. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with internal creative teams, external agencies, production companies, and freelancers to deliver best-in-class creative executions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ideate, execute and guide agencies and production partners to achieve best-in-class creative campaigns and events in service of Netflix.
Extract insights from partners and internal marketing teams to develop and steer the creative vision from beginning through to execution.
Provide guidance and feedback to partner creative agencies and brands, helping them flourish through the creative process.
Introduce new partners and their agencies to the Netflix brand, creative guidelines and workflow.
Manage all creative relationships by attending partner meetings and productions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including: Ads Marketing, Ads Sales, Content, Events, and Public Relations.
REQUIREMENTS:
12+ years of proven experience in a creative role (copy writer or Art Director) within advertising, or related industry.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in developing innovative creative solutions with notable brands, strategy and high quality craft
Confident presentation skills and excellent communication skills.
Experience and palpable passion for building great content marketing programs that are unique and scalable.
Fluent in Spanish, advanced in English, and Portuguese is a nice-to-have.
