We work closely with our regional Global Affairs leads and cross-functional partners in content, comms, marketing, legal and product to drive alignment, shape global business strategies, and ensure those strategies are locally resonant, accounting for cultural, legal, and regulatory nuances.

This, highly cross-functional, global role will help ensure our approach is data-driven, scalable, and accurately understood across the business; working closely with cross-functional partners to track relevant analyses, outcomes and trends. The role will require an interest in complex issues, as well as the ability to effectively categorize data and concisely present insights to drive alignment. We seek a collaborative self-starter who operates effectively in a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively, develops clear workflows, and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Track policy outcomes, risk assessments, identify trends and create materials to inform and showcase this information to leadership and in other forums.

  • Assist in developing a schedule of engagement (presentations, meetings) with cross-functional partners and oversee the creation of strategic materials to be shared among relevant teams and stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain an accessible information hub that can be shared across the business

  • Manage company-wide documentation relating to the team’s core functions, keeping track of questions and necessary updates.

  • Engage with cross functional partners and stakeholders across the globe.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years’ professional experience in Political Science, Law, Film, Media or similar fields and a demonstrated background working with internal and third-party information tracking, data visualization and project collaboration tools.

  • Be an organized and effective communicator, comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders in an agile, fast moving environment.

  • Is a strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities skillfully and with good judgement.

What will put you ahead:

  • 2+ years experience assisting and supporting creative, project management, and/or production teams, preferably at an entertainment studio or network.

  • Proven track record of successfully creating and managing complex workflows along with experience in creating efficiencies within those workflows.

  • Is passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary.
