The Team
Commercial Operations empowers the Marketing Partnerships team to develop and execute programs with partners, brands, and advertisers, while maintaining operational excellence. We do this by delivering the most effective tools and workflow systems that enable the team to drive revenue at scale. The team is visible throughout the entire Partnerships and Ads organizations, and works in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.
The Role
The Marketing Partnerships Business Operations Manager drives operational excellence, strategic planning, and performance management for the team by translating business priorities into clear plans, streamlined workflows and actionable insights. They partner cross-functionally to improve workflows, build and maintain reporting, and create an operating rhythm that enables leadership to make better, faster decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Operational Excellence
Define, manage, and evolve team rhythm of business
Partner with key stakeholders on OKR development, adoption, and reporting
Drive team communications (e.g. Newsletters) and presentations (e.g. internal exec presentations, All Hands, offsites, etc) in partnership with Leadership
Diagnose operational pain points and and design streamlined workflows that reduce friction and increase clarity
Anticipate needs of the leadership team by surfacing opportunities, and ensuring follow-through
Support Annual Planning and Budget Management
Support annual planning in partnership with the Finance team, seeking to improve project management and simplify communications
Support business leads in budget management, ensuring we properly track expense and optimize spend
Ensure current workflows track fields to inform long-term planning
Drive High Priority Cross-Functional Projects
Drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and accountability for high priority projects
Own stakeholder management for cross-functional projects, ensuring the right people are aligned and connected
Build and maintain reporting and artifacts, ensuring we are progressing against priorities
The Ideal Candidate has...
6+ years of experience in a highly cross-functional Business Operations, Marketing Strategy & Operations, or Strategic Program Management role
Experience in Marketing or Media/Entertainment strongly preferred
Experience in relationship-building and influencing global marketing Leadership teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to cater communication to different audiences
Strong analytical skills
Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problems
Familiarity with Airtable, Gsheets, and AI tools
High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $220,000.00 - $352,000.00.
