We are looking for a talented professional to drive better commercial and creative outcomes for our local and global partnerships in the CEE region.

These partners range from distributors such as local PayTV and Telecommunications operators like Canal+, Play, Orange, Vectra to global brands such as Samsung or Google. When we partner with these companies, we approach business and marketing opportunities together to attract new audiences and create bespoke campaigns leveraging our partners' key capabilities and sales channels.

Our partners are an extension of Netflix’s own marketing efforts and therefore an imperative channel for us to take the Netflix experience to new audiences, and we’re always looking for innovative, creative ways to work with partners to market our service and our titles.

This Partner Marketing Manager position will help our partners to maximize the opportunity of working with us. The position will be based in Warsaw in a team of 3 and be part of the EMEA Marketing Partnerships group.

We are looking for a talented marketing professional able to own the full life cycle of partner marketing projects from idea to execution to post-analysis with a passion for technology and content and a strong knowledge of all partners' sales channels (retail, digital, telesales).

The Role

The Partner Marketing Manager will play an important role in the CEE Marketing Partnerships team, supporting the team in creating impactful activities that drive partnership growth in CEE. The role reports to Team Lead, Senior Partner Marketing Manager.

Where there is opportunity, they will contribute individually to meaningful partners' marketing, trade & sales roadmap including campaign planning, marketing & sales projects, especially in scalable solutions across all CEE partners.

A successful candidate understands the importance of strategic and impact-focused thinking and works seamlessly with cross-functional internal (business development, content and the broader Marketing & Communication team including title marketing, social, PR) and external partners to move work forward.

This role understands and holds themselves accountable for consistently applying the core values on which our culture is built.

Responsibilities

  • Run day to day execution of partners marketing, trade & commercial projects, based on business priorities

  • Support building data-driven customer marketing plans, focused on acquisition and retention across our partners customer base.

  • Seek opportunities to promote Netflix titles, content and brand across impactful partner touchpoints.

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to partner sales teams and create engaging educational materials like presentations, manuals, and online resources.

  • Track and measure the impact of our marketing activity through continuous testing and suggesting change where needed.

  • Coordinate on the ground logistics for promotional items and gifts, owning the process from sourcing to delivery.

  • If needed, support Creative and Operations Manager in asset delivery to partners and asset approvals.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 6 or more years of marketing and/or trade marketing experience (ATL/BTL), ideally within pay-tv, telecommunication, digital distribution, video games, music industry etc.

  • Project management experience in media, advertising or marketing agencies would be an asset.

  • The ability to analyse data and translate this into business actions to help our partners meet mutually aligned goals.

  • Understanding of partner sales channels (including training and incentives) is a big plus.

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.

  • Great presentation skills are essential.
