About The Role:
As the Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships Integration in Film, you will develop relationships with our Film Content and Production executives to proactively identify opportunities to build out bespoke and organic integration opportunities tied to our IP. This role will require a deep understanding of the content development process and production logistics as you will be the trusted resource for understanding what brand partners will be authentic to the creative vision of our IP. This person will need to build effective relationships with external filmmakers, producers and production talent to effectively execute in-content integrations as part of larger partnership programs; partnering closely with ad sales, the partnership team, and our partners. This role will also work closely with key stakeholders in our Title Management, Legal and Partner Management teams as well as other relevant areas of the business to ensure we are developing robust offerings to drive growth in our ad business.
This role presents an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of a new Netflix offering and work cross functionally with various departments to help support a growing aspect of our business. This role is ideal for someone with a personal passion for entertainment, storytelling and a belief that marketing can be a natural extension of the entertainment experience, enhancing members' experiences and providing unique value for brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying priority films to bring to the marketplace.
Work with internal development teams and external production partners to proactively develop custom opportunities for integration that help empower storytelling, not disrupt it.
Manage trade-out requests via the external production companies.
Reviewing scripts to identify potential integration opportunities.
Partnering with the Title Management team to package sponsorship offerings and strategize around partnerships offerings to bring to the marketplace.
Vet custom opportunities through internal stakeholders and external production partners for alignment and approval.
Manage any integrations into films with line producers and all key stakeholders on the production both internally and externally.
Navigate the nuance of various personalities and stakeholders to find wins for brands but also protect the integrity of the storytelling process and the IP we bring to market.
Requirements:
15+ years of proven experience in a production or integrated marketing function within the entertainment/media, advertising, or related industry.
Strong understanding of the creative process from inception through production and execution.
Dedication to creative excellence to ensure we connect advertisers to our content through meaningful and authentic storytelling.
Experience working with development & production executives, showrunners and other talent to identify opportunities for integrated marketing programs.
Passionate and curious about marketing, brands, and entertainment.
Experience and palpable passion for building great content marketing programs that are unique and scalable.
A track record of building out content offerings across streaming platforms, social, digital and experiential touchpoints.
Maintains strong negotiating and problem solving skills while developing bespoke opportunities with internal and external partners.
High level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
Strategic, forward-thinker, extremely organized, effective communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $318,000.00 - $511,000.00.
