With the incredible launch of our ad-supported model in 2022, we are working towards providing more choice for consumers and a premium brand experience for advertisers. We are now seeking a Senior Sales Partner on a Fixed Term Contract to help deliver the UK Advertising sales strategy.
The role will involve developing relationships with both senior stakeholders within a Media Agency and brands directly to drive sales, working closely with an Account Manager to deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
You will be accountable for delivering revenue against Quarterly targets by leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights, ad formats and premium content offerings. You will work closely with cross functional teams such as Measurement, Brand Partnerships and Ads Marketing alongside the trading lead to meet and exceed our clients’ needs.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem in the UK, an established network of relationships and a track record of delivering revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute against an agency-focused sales plan for the UK to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations. Aligning closely with EMEA / UK GTM strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with influential decision makers at a major Agency Operating Company.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Demonstrate a creative and solutions-focused approach, responding effectively to briefs and proactively identifying opportunities to expand relationship networks and achieve or exceed targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.
We’re Looking for:
Substantial experience in advertising (incl. sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
Deep understanding of the Media Agencies/Holding Companies in the UK and an established network of relationships at senior level within them.
Experience in both TV and digital advertising sales will be a plus, particularly experience in programmatic and / or biddable media
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‐functionally.
