At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

It’s no secret that we want to entertain the world. In order to do that we first must hire and develop the best people, starting with university students.

If you have a passion for solving challenging problems and are excited at the prospect of having a significant impact on productions that over 260 million viewers tune into, then we want to talk to you.

The Content Operations & Innovation organization at Netflix supports content to thrill members with efficient operational workflows and execution while leveraging our scale and innovating to deliver more value on screen. Within this organization, we are looking to host an intern on the Studio Management & Services team during Summer 2026. Studio Management & Services (SMS) supports the Netflix Studio by ensuring that our production partners are equipped with the appropriate resources, tools and intelligence to make the best decisions for a title. SMS also strives to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external production partners, what we call the “Netflix Experience.”

As an intern on Studio Management & Services, you’ll assist in facilitating departmental needs and further improve upon our team workflows by using your project management and organizational skills.

You do not need prior experience to apply; once you submit your application, you’ll receive an email inviting you to complete your application by filling out an Airtable form. You’ll also be asked to submit a 300-word-maximum statement of intent (preferably in PDF format) within the form using the following prompt:

Please tell us about a time when you proactively identified a workflow gap or problem that needed to be solved—even when it wasn’t explicitly part of your responsibilities. How did you first recognize or discover the issue? What steps did you take to analyze it and propose a solution? How did you implement improvements, and what was the impact?

This posting will be open for a very limited time and will be closed for new applications by February 6th so if you’re interested, please submit your application as soon as possible.
