About Production Finance

The Production Finance team at Netflix is responsible for estimating and managing production costs throughout the lifecycle of each production and provides insight and analytics to inform decision-making. The team understands the operations of a production and guides each project through its financial workflows required for a successful launch on the service.

We are looking for a coordinator to join Netflix’s Production Finance team in our Warsaw office. This position will support the Netflix Production Finance team on scripted and non-scripted projects shooting in CEE.

The Production Finance Coordinator will support our ever-growing slate on a day-to-day basis and provide consistency for our internal and external partners.

We welcome candidates with experience working in the entertainment industry in a financial capacity, as well as those with a strong corporate finance background.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive daily support for the Production Finance Team

  • Process accounts payable, track project cash forecasting and funding

  • Maintain multiple internal reporting tools and systems, as well as general ad hoc projects, with a strong focus on data processing

  • Facilitate communication with external partners

  • Inform internal cross-functional teams with project updates

  • Support workflow optimisation

Must-have Requirements

  • Three or more years of work experience in finance or accounting (experience in content production or the entertainment industry is a plus)

  • Fluency in English and Polish

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated integrity and ethics in professional settings

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience working in the entertainment industry or production finance

  • Demonstrated interest in entertainment and finance

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams
