Role Overview

As Netflix grows globally, we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale with our growth. We currently have an amazing opportunity for an HR Shared Services Team Lead role in our Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC), our location strategy to deliver scaled services and consistent employee experience. This exciting new role is based in our Mexico City, Terminal 1 office.

In this role, you will lead a fantastic team that provides top-notch HR services to the organization. You will help ensure that the team operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to established HR processes and procedures and responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner. We’ll give you the context to be effective, and the resources you’ll need to be efficient and enable you to be creative and innovative to elevate a high-performing organization.

Responsibilities

Skills and Abilities

  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities to influence and align teams.

  • Analytical Skills: Use data to analyze trends and inform decisions; familiarity with service center technologies like Zendesk and Workday is a plus.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work shifts and navigate a multi-location matrix environment.

  • Change Management: Ability to manage change and optimize workflows

  • Openness to working in shifts and on holidays. Your flexibility in adapting to different work schedules is important to us.

  • Familiarity with Project Management principles

  • Data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging and analyzing data

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience leading a team within an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment. You will be leading a team responsible for providing HR services and operating globally.

  • Familiarity with Service Center technologies, specifically with Workday, ticket management, knowledge management, dashboards, and so on. If you have experience with Zendesk that's a plus!

  • Experience working in a multi-location and matrix environment. We appreciate your ability to navigate and thrive in such a setup.

  • Experience evolving HR/employee services (e.g., rethinking workflows), with exposure to AI-powered employee support (e.g., chatbots, automation, personalization) as a plus.
