Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Producer to lead creative innovation, production and execution of best-in-class entertainment campaigns for Benelux markets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of our market-specific campaign initiatives across paid, earned and owned channels. This means that you thrive in an environment that requires you to be operationally agile, bridge creative and technical needs. We are looking for someone with hands-on knowledge, exceptional project management skills & extensive experience in the Netherlands and/or Belgium. The role is based in Amsterdam.

The role will require 8+ years of marketing production experience, and is best suited for someone with an all-encompassing producer background. The successful candidate will have an expert knowledge of marketing campaigns, including understanding the creative and production process, with demonstrable ability to navigate complex tools and workflows whilst maintaining operational best practices for campaign production.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creative production: through partnering with x-functional partners, drive excellent execution for multiple title campaigns and brand initiatives across the Benelux to ensure timely and accurate development, production and delivery of creative assets in the region.

  • Project management: end-to-end production management for the entire campaign asset suite (including asset planning, production, management, and final delivery).

  • Acting as a creative and strategic thought partner for the Marketing Managers throughout campaign development and owning the campaign execution of title and brand campaigns.

  • Managing agency and vendor relationships in the region by leading day-to-day communications, defining and tracking scope of work, creative & production budgets and timelines.

  • Budget Management: manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective production without compromising quality through our agencies / vendors.

  • Quality Control: define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor to Netflix creative standards on all project deliverables.

  • Innovation and Trends: driving and enabling innovation and creative excellence across channels like social, digital, OOH, TV and experiential in the execution & production of all marketing campaigns.

  • Team player: work closely with cross functional internal & external partners to ensure excellent and seamless production & operational workflows.

  • Operational improvements: contributing to the Benelux Marketing team on improving internal & external workflows and creative & operational development.

Personality attributes & Skills:

  • At least 8+ years of experience as a creative production or marketing-led project manager, preferably within an entertainment or lifestyle brand, creative or production agency, crafting world class creative direction and execution.

  • Strong familiarity with the Dutch and/or Belgium market, media, vendors and preferably in the entertainment or lifestyle landscape.

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch with strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) is required, French is a bonus.

  • You have strong opinions and are open to healthy debate. You can run your campaigns with autonomy, independently formulate and drive creative and executable ideas, communicate priorities and present clear goals to stakeholders.

  • Profound knowledge and experience with creative production; brand activations/stunts, organizing events, building 360 campaigns; OOH, TV, Digital and Social.

  • Solid experience in working with creative agencies and production houses, and the ability to provide concise, clear, and actionable creative feedback/ direction.

  • Solid experience in working with cost estimates for large 360 creative projects.

  • Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.

  • Agile and goal-oriented, driven by success, and always ready for a challenge.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of creatives and campaign types in parallel, with diverse geographically dispersed teams to lead the exchange of information and asset delivery effectively.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possessing a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong and effective judgment in the face of ambiguity.

  • A systems thinker who leverages technology to improve team efficiency and output.

  • Analytical in your approach, yet confident in trusting your instincts when making bold decisions.
