Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

The Role

A seasoned and strategic Manager to lead key events that support Netflix’s original content, ads teams and corporate events. This role is responsible for developing and executing event strategies that are creative, impactful, and aligned with broader campaign and business goals. It combines strong project management, creative thinking, and a collaborative spirit to bring high-profile events to life.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, manage external vendors, and drive best-in-class executions across a range of formats — from intimate fan experiences to major red carpet premieres as well as B2B and Corporate Events. You are both creative and operational, with the ability to turn bold ideas into seamless experiences that reflect the Netflix brand.

The Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll ideate, lead, and oversee the execution of events that support title launches and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading creative event conceptualization and building strategic plans around launch goals.

  • Partnering with internal teams (Publicity, Marketing, Photo & AV Studio, Social, etc.) to align and collaborate on execution.

  • Serving as the “informed captain” of events — proactively gathering feedback, anticipating challenges, and ensuring alignment.

  • Managing end-to-end event production, including budgeting, timelines, and vendor coordination.

  • Overseeing all elements of execution, from venue sourcing and design to guest experience and post-event recaps.

  • Leading relationships with agencies and external partners to maintain high-quality delivery.

  • Adapting event strategies across in-person, hybrid, or virtual formats — leveraging the latest tools and tech.

  • Delivering events that are consumer-centric, on-brand, and innovative.

  • Managing multiple events simultaneously, each with high attention to detail, deadlines, and team coordination

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience or more producing and leading events in entertainment, experiential marketing, or related fields.

  • Proven success managing end-to-end event production, including budgets, vendors, timelines, and creative concepts.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams including PR, marketing, creative, and talent relations.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Some events may require work during evenings or weekends; we are committed to providing flexibility when possible.

  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Meticulous about the details, from budget management to creative execution.

  • Effective at communicating across levels — from talent reps to internal execs.

To succeed at Netflix, the candidate must also possess the following characteristics:

  • Creative: brings innovative ideas

  • Succinct Communicator: Clear, direct, and effective across email, decks, meetings, and conversations.

  • Pragmatic, Organized and Detailed: Balances high-level strategy with execution — and never misses the small stuff.

  • A Smart Minimalist: Keeps things streamlined and resists unnecessary complexity.

  • Has a Point of View: Confident in expressing opinions while remaining open to feedback.

  • Pace-Driven: Moves quickly, adapts fast, and thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.

  • Integrity-Led: Uses sound judgment and operates with transparency and alignment to Netflix values.
