About Marketing Partnerships
At Netflix, Marketing Partnerships maximizes the impact of brand engagements, driving business results through creative excellence. The team consists of (4) distinct business units focused on distinct outcomes:
Ads B2B Marketing: drive preference with advertisers
Partner Marketing: grow our subscriber base
Brand Partnerships: promote our titles to members
Integrated Marketing: offer custom solutions for advertisers
All of these objectives are supported by the Marketing Partnerships Creative team that collaborates with external brands and agency/production partners as well as internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions. The Marketing Partnerships Creative team consists of (3) disciplines: Brand Strategy, Creative, and Creative Production. This team ensures that partnership programs are rooted in a compelling strategy, crafted at the highest quality, and executed flawlessly across regions and formats – now including live experiences.
About The Role
We are seeking a Creative Producer to focus specifically on live brand partnerships in LATAM, with a primary focus on Mexico. This role will sit within the Marketing Partnerships Creative team and will be dedicated to supporting Netflix’s growing slate of live events and live formats (e.g., live specials, sports-adjacent moments, live reality/competition, live fan events) through best-in-class brand collaborations. This Creative Producer will:
Own the end-to-end production of brand partnerships connected to Netflix live moments – from early scoping and feasibility through delivery and post-mortem.
Act as an “executive producer” for the creative and production output of live-related brand programs, ensuring they are premium, on-brand, and operationally sound in a live environment.
Partner closely with Brand Partnerships, Title Marketing, Live Content, Production, Publicity, Legal, and Regional Marketing teams to bring to life integrated programs that enhance the live experience for members and brand partners.
Help define and evolve best practices, workflows, and toolkits for live brand partnerships across LATAM, with Mexico as a key hub.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Live & Partnership Production
Own the lifecycle and execution of large-scale live-related projects and partnership programs – including workflow design, agency engagement, timeline and budget management, cross-functional coordination, clearances/approvals, and delivery.
Act as the day-to-day production lead for brand integrations and sponsorships tied to Netflix live events (on- and off-platform), ensuring creative and production plans are realistic, safe, and aligned with live production constraints.
Manage bespoke AV productions/shoots related to live partnerships (e.g., branded segments, custom content, talent integrations, behind-the-scenes content, social/live cutdowns) when needed.
Partner with live content and production teams to understand show formats, run-of-show, technical requirements, and timelines, and translate those into clear plans for brand partners and agencies.
Cross-Functional & Partner Management
Serve as the key liaison and day-to-day contact for cross-functional socialization and approvals on the creative output of live partnership programs (Brand Partnerships, Title Marketing, Live Content, Legal, Comms, Publicity, etc.).
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt and traffic live partnership assets and toolkits across LATAM, ensuring local relevance while maintaining consistency and quality.
Establish and manage an agency and production partner roster specialized in live, experiential, and integrated content – including service agreements, onboarding, scopes of work, and performance feedback.
Partner closely with external brand partners and their agencies to align on objectives, define deliverables, and ensure that live integrations feel organic to the Netflix title, talent, and fan experience.
Process, Operations & Scaling
Develop execution plans and ways-of-working for live brand partnerships that can scale across regions and different types of live formats.
Help implement and evolve work processes, templates, and toolkits for live partnerships in Mexico and across LATAM, setting best practices for how we brief, produce, and deliver live-related work.
Manage resourcing and task allocation on key live projects so they move smoothly and efficiently across teams and markets, with clear ownership and accountability.
Forecast and manage production budgets for live partnership programs, including negotiating estimates/bids, tracking costs, and managing invoicing as needed.
Partner with localization teams to ensure live-related assets and toolkits are adapted and delivered to regional marketing teams in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in Advertising Production / Creative Services, with significant experience in live, experiential, broadcast, or event-based work (e.g., live shows, sports, award shows, large-scale events, or real-time content).
Deep experience in bespoke campaign development – working on fast-paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media/experiential activations.
Experience within a film, TV, or streaming studio environment, including working with content, marketing, and production teams; experience with live or real-time formats is a strong plus.
Proven track record of managing people and/or complex workstreams, and a genuine interest in helping others and the broader group succeed.
Strong experience with marketing creative concepting, asset production, and delivery across multiple channels (AV, digital, social, experiential, on-platform).
Experience identifying, negotiating, and managing external creative and production partners, ideally including those with live/event capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple live timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable working with and reviewing decks, basic design layouts, and production documents (timelines, call sheets, run-of-show, budgets).
Works effectively and enjoys the interplay across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Clear and articulate writer in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus), comfortable crafting narratives, recaps, and points of view even amid ambiguity.
Able to organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly, and accurately.
