As a Marketing Manager, you are dedicated to understanding business context and using those insights to make thoughtful decisions that support the long-term value of the brand. In this position, you will design and implement digital, social, and offline activations for entertainment audiences. The successful candidate will lead marketing campaigns collaboratively, demonstrating confidence, selflessness, and a commitment to inclusion.

You will create campaigns that inspire conversations and resonate with diverse audiences across the CEE region, setting new standards for entertainment marketing. Key Responsibilities
Develop impactful strategies and positioning for our titles, informed by strong, locally relevant insights
Lead regional campaigns across CEE markets to drive business growth, brand awareness, and audience engagement
Position and launch Netflix local title campaigns to ensure local relevance and top-of-mind awareness
Collaborate with local agencies and internal Netflix teams to develop integrated communications that deliver intended impact. Lead local adaptations of global campaigns with creative and effective media planning, and work on special projects (such as content innovation and digital initiatives) that strengthen the brand
Manage campaign budgets and make financial decisions that align with strategy and Netflix’s interests
Work closely with Marketing Production, Publicity, Events, and Content teams—actively seeking opportunities for cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
8 or more years of experience in 360 marketing in entertainment or related fields across CEE markets (experience launching marketing campaigns in Romania or Czech Republic is beneficial)
Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Romanian, Czech, Polish, or other regional languages is an advantage
Strong skills in both written and verbal communication
Senior experience in developing marketing campaigns from inception, including strategic positioning, key art development, video execution, audience identification, media strategy, and launch planning
Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns
Creative and strategic thinker, with experience in innovative campaigns that engage diverse audiences across CEE markets
Ability to lead, create, and execute campaigns independently
Experienced in working within high-performing, cross-functional teams, adaptable to changing requirements
Capacity to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, regardless of team size
Ability to provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback
Advocates for local cultures within the CEE region and exemplifies Netflix culture
