Our Team:

The Ads Platform team builds the advertising systems and integrations that power the delivery of ads using our world class content delivery ecosystem. We deliver ads in a manner that’s thoughtful of our members’ viewing experience and drives great outcomes for advertisers.

Our team is new and yet faced with the ambitions of building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that’s rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that differentiate Netflix from other ad-supported streaming services.

We are looking for a Product Manager in the advertising space who is excited to join us on this journey.

About the Role:

We’re building the sales operating system that powers how Netflix Ads understands and grows demand - unifying sales channels, supply sources, and advertiser ecosystems to create a differentiated advertiser understanding and to elevate go-to-market productivity across sales and marketing.

This product manager will build data and go-to-market products that power intelligence, automation, and growth for sales across Netflix Ads.

This PM will:

  • Shape the data strategy that powers how Netflix understands advertisers, demand, and sales - enabling sales and agents to operate on a trusted foundation

  • Champion data quality and governance to strengthen core capabilities including account verification, hierarchies, benchmarks, attribution, and enrichment

  • Evolve the go-to-market architecture to drive a continuous demand loop connecting sales workflows, marketing activation, and business management

  • Elevate sales productivity by embedding agentic workflows and autonomous agents into the daily flow of work

  • Partner closely with sales, engineering, design, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, and legal to deliver products that drive measurable advertiser and business outcomes

We’re seeking a candidate who has:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience successfully launching and scaling products that support diverse sales segments, verticals, and channels

  • A proven track record of building or integrating solutions that use data, AI, and automation to deliver sales insights, recommendations, and workflow efficiency. Ads expertise is a strong plus but not required

  • Exceptional data literacy and data-driven mindset, instinctively using data to shape strategy and measure outcomes

  • An obsession with data quality, believing that accuracy, governance, and the last 1% define future-proof systems for AI

  • A visionary approach to workflow design, constantly exploring how AI and agentic experiences can simplify complexity and elevate how sales teams operate

  • Strategic judgment and communication skills with a bias for clarity, impact, and simplicity
