The Marketing Partnerships Creative team collaborates with external brands and agency/production partners as well as internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions. About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Partnerships Creative Manager for a temporary cover lasting ~13–14 months starting in February/March 2026.

This role requires extensive experience working with brands across various categories, gained either as a Brand Manager (client-side) or an Account Lead/Director (agency-side).

All candidates should demonstrate their deep experience and passion for creative advertising and executing 360 campaigns across multiple touchpoints. But the truly outstanding candidates will offer a clear and compelling point of view on good creative and how/why Netflix is well positioned to offer something new and better to enhance the entertainment experience for both brands and members alike.

The Manager will own the end-to-end creative campaign development for Netflix's major partnerships with global/regional brands and top creative/media/partnership agencies. Success in this role demands a strong strategic acumen, an asserted creative point of view, and a partnership mindset to effectively support Netflix’s content releases and platform initiatives.

Key responsibiliities:

  • Strategy: Partner with the Senior Manager Creative who leads creative strategy for brand partnerships, helping establish a compelling strategic intersection between brand partners and the Netflix titles.

  • Creative: Work with Senior Creative Manager to build foundational creative concepts with agencies, that reflect the identified strategic intersection between the brand and the title, and resonate with our advertising partners.

  • Campaign development: Drive the creative development and execution of the brand partnership campaigns end-to-end, attending all partner meetings, leading creative conversations and feedback to partner agencies / brands, ensuring best-in-class execution at every stage.

  • Production & Deployment: Follow through the production of campaigns all the way to delivery, overseeing the broader execution plan, including timeline, budget, legal considerations, and management of external partners, as well as internal approvers and tracker updates.

  • Collaboration: Working hand in hand with cross-functional Netflix teams including Brand Partnerships lead, Creative Marketing, Social, Content, Creative Production, events and Public Relations.

Key requirements:

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in a brand and/or consumer marketing, creative partnerships or account lead role in creative agencies within the entertainment, advertising, or related industry.

  • Must have key, demonstrable experience leading the development of innovative creative solutions with top tier brands, across multiple touchpoints (traditional, social and digital).

  • Passionate and curious about creative marketing, brands, and entertainment.

  • Confident presentation skills and excellent communication skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
