We are now scaling capabilities that focus on live content, brand integrations, and other opportunities that allow brands to partner with us across an even wider Netflix footprint.
As our Ads program scales, we’re building out a team that will help steward and support our go-to-market strategy, specializing in Pricing & Packaging.

Responsibilities will include:
Define and execute deal making, pricing and packaging strategies using data and analytics to achieve company goals, optimize inventory and drive business growth for the EMEA Ads business
Execute our commercial deal development strategy (I.e. Endeavors & NPPs) including pricing negotiations, deal structures, rebates/ agency incentives/MCAs and T&Cs
Support Sales on commercial deal development including trading guidance, pricing approvals, exceptions and escalations.
Oversee rate card management for open market, preferred Agency/NPP deals and programmatic buying including: ad products, live events, seasonal packages & promotions, rebates/incentives and sponsorships across all revenue streams (direct and programmatic)
Manage inventory avails, ad placement and revenue tracking for Live Events & Sponsorships
Partner with adjacent teams to support pricing strategy and packaging for BP/IM Programs.
Manage incentive operations, tracking and reporting
Collaborate with Revenue Accounting to ensure pricing is compliant with corporate policy and minimizes billing discrepancies
Build and manage a team of individual contributors
What we’re looking for:
10+ years of experience in Pricing & Planning, Yield Management and/or Advertising Strategy
Direct experience with monetization of streaming businesses, inclusive of sponsorships / custom content and Live
Familiarity with programmatic advertising, auction dynamics, ad tech and the streaming ecosystem
Experience leading high performance teams
A strong attention to detail and eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems
Strong commercial skills and comfort with interpreting large datasets
Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, able to work autonomously, and perform tasks with a wide range of difficulties
Very strong project management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under tight timelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels
