The Revenue Analytics team provides insights into what drives our revenue and membership trends and offers an outlook on future growth. Our analytical work informs Netflix’s growth and monetisation strategy, and our revenue and membership forecasts feed into corporate planning across content, commerce, and technology.

Netflix seeks top candidates who can use data and business insights to drive strategic decisions. We take a highly analytical approach to managing the company, and senior management relies on our data-driven perspective to inform planning and execution of business objectives.

This role is based at Netflix’s EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam, with occasional travel to our headquarters in California.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic value-added analyses to understand the drivers behind membership and revenue growth in the EMEA markets, derive actionable insights and feedback to collaborative cross-function stakeholders (Content, Partnerships, Ads, Payments, Product, Consumer Insights, Data Science, etc.)

  • Assess and communicate the impact of business decisions such as price changes, content launches, and product innovations to facilitate planning and operational decisions

  • Analyse and evaluate the business impact of key external events such as competitor moves or country-specific events

  • Research, track and generate insights about the membership growth landscape

  • Be a key contributor to in-region pricing decisions, compiling internal and external intelligence to inform price and plan strategy

  • Collect cross-functional inputs to inform and support the revenue and membership forecasts (acquisition, retention, and market penetration)

  • Support efforts to centralise and standardise revenue performance reporting, helping identify cross-region best practices to enhance scalability and consistency in business analytics

Qualifications

A successful candidate combines strong data analytics, business intuition, and communication skills. They must deliver accurate results quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity, discipline, integrity, and high professional standards.

  • 5+ years in a quantitative role (business analytics, consulting, banking, investment management, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree with quantitative coursework

  • Proficiency in MS Excel & SQL (required)

  • Experience building quantitative models (Excel or other tools)

  • Experience writing complex SQL queries for large datasets

  • Additional technical experience (VBA, Python, Tableau, etc.) is a plus

  • Ability to independently extract, explore, and analyse big data from internal and external sources

  • Strong verbal and written communication; skilled in creating effective presentations (Google Slides, MS PowerPoint)

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels

  • EMEA market experience is preferred, but not required

  • Fluent in another European language is preferred but not required
