We are seeking an experienced Assistant to support multiple executives on the Unscripted Series Production Management Team. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to manage multiple and diverse responsibilities effectively. This is a demanding and fast-paced position that requires someone who can exercise good judgment and significant initiative. Savvy organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail are key to delivering in this role and at Netflix. The ideal candidate should also be passionate and excited to work within production and unscripted series content.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain demanding calendars for various team leads and ensure room/conferencing logistics

• Detailed note taking in meetings

• Data entry into internal organizational systems

• Prioritize and coordinate support between various Departments.

• Coordinate travel (both domestic and international) and processing expense reports

• Employ professionalism, discretion, and tact in working with high-level talent and partners

• Seek context and feedback to inform priorities

• Anticipate Department's needs to proactively solve scheduling and workflow issues

• Collaborate with grace, humility, inclusion, and open-mindedness

• Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as necessary or assigned

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant

• Experience supporting entertainment/studio/production a plus

• Demonstrated good judgment and strong critical thinking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated success in prioritizing and responding accordingly

• Ability to be discreet and maintain sensitive information

• Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with Google Suite preferred

• Knowledge of presentation tools, such as Google Slides a plus

• May require after-hours work for urgent matters

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $235,000.
