Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical teams at major social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google). Manage onboarding, ongoing support, and updates to tracking requirements.

  • Ad Tech Innovation & Compliance: Stay current on industry trends, privacy regulations, and platform changes; proactively recommend and implement new ad tech solutions to maintain optimal campaign performance and compliance.

  • Tooling & Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party ad tech vendors and platforms, ensuring timely support, ongoing enablement, and consistent delivery of technical requirements.

  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ad tracking, pixels, APIs, and data flow, escalating to engineering or leadership as needed.

  • Process Documentation: Develop clear documentation and tracking materials for internal stakeholders on implementation, best practices, and platform updates.

The Ideal Candidate Is/Has...

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ad tech, or acquisition marketing roles, ideally within technology, media, or digital marketing organizations.

  • Deep technical expertise in pixel implementation, conversion APIs (CAPI), and tracking setup across major social platforms.

  • Proven experience working closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to deliver technical marketing solutions.

  • Strong relationship management skills with external partners, vendors, and platform technical teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • High tolerance for change and ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

  • Experience with pixel and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), server-side tracking, and data privacy best practices is a plus.

  • Respect, understand, and have enthusiasm for the Netflix culture.
