As the Senior Manager, Operations Systems & Program Strategy, you will lead the business strategy for the various systems and processes that enable Netflix House operations including, but not limited to, labor scheduling, venue management, asset management, ticket sales, and on-site point of sale at Retail and Food locations. In addition, this position will play a key role in developing a scaling strategy to grow Netflix House from two to many locations globally. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams, both internal Netflix and vendors, across a variety of functional areas.
What you will do:
Create a “Day 2” strategy for all systems/process that enable Netflix House operations, focusing on critical gap analysis and short-term fixes/enhancements
Develop a road-map for system scaling to accommodate Netflix House potential growth, leveraging data, customer/employee feedback, and other considerations (including build vs buy)
Partner with internal Netflix teams, including Revenue Accounting, Payments, Engineering, and Product to streamline process flows from revenue transactions including general ticketing, group sales, product bundling, F&B, retail, and potential new revenue opportunities
Partner with internal Netflix product teams and external vendors to enhance the overall ticketing system process flows, focusing on ease of integration with various sub-systems and scalability for new product flows
Partner with internal Netflix HR teams to streamline all talent and general HR processes and enable scalable systems, including labor demand, hiring, labor scheduling, and payroll/benefits
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment between the Netflix House site leadership teams and corporate Netflix teams focusing on understanding of the changing/evolving on-site needs and use cases
Lead new product/functionality launches, partnering with vendors and internal Netflix teams to manage risk and issues
Align with key stakeholders across Experiences, consumer products, finance & strategy, legal, human resources, engineering, and product teams
Promote and foster a mindset of continuous innovation for internal teams and external partners
What we need from you:
Demonstrated 8-10 years of experience in program management, system management, operations system management, or similar experience
Strong knowledge of how systems interact within an overall organizational ecosystem, including point-of-sale, back-end accounting, and support systems
Detailed understanding of the program/system development process and the role of product and engineering teams interacting with end-users
Ability to integrate various teams to ensure smooth program delivery
Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital
Excellent organizing skills using digital tools, Airtable, and Google suite
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $250,000 - $475,000.
