Your core work involves architecting and implementing integrations between Workday, data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise systems, leveraging workflow orchestration tools. You'll build robust, reusable, well-governed data pipelines and APIs ensuring HR data is accessible, reliable, and secure. When business needs require complete solutions beyond pure integration work, you'll bring full-stack capabilities to build internal tools, self-service portals, or specialized applications.

    • Own front-end and back-end development ensuring scalability and maintainability

  • Strategic Leadership & Influence

    • Serve as thought leader and trusted advisor for data integration and architecture

    • Partner with engineering, data, product, and HR teams to align strategies with business goals

    • Mentor engineering teams on integration best practices, Temporal patterns, and emerging tools

    • Drive technical decision-making and architectural reviews

Main Skills & Qualifications
