We are looking for a passionate leader to join the Marketing Operations & Production leadership team as the new Director, Marketing Program Management. This leader is responsible for managing a portfolio of Marketing technology and innovation programs across the broader Marketing organization. In this highly collaborative role, you will lead a team of Program Managers and drive the broad alignment, prioritization, and resource planning for all marketing technology and workflow transformation projects. This role ensures organizational-wide systems and processes are streamlined for efficiency and scale, leading global change management initiatives, executive-level communication, and serving as a key thought partner to global and regional Marketing leadership.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations & Production - UCAN, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Program Management team that drives technology solutions across the broader Marketing organization. The team has a global remit, managing a portfolio of Marketing technology solutions (1st & 3rd party) across multiple domains, from campaign planning to AV & Artwork fulfillment, data foundations as well as our AI/GenAI roadmap. You will be responsible for driving MarTech adoption and process standardization at scale, expanding existing capabilities, leading operational innovation, and managing a high-performance team.
The ideal candidate is as comfortable navigating technical conversations about MarTech architecture and data pipelines as you are explaining workflow implications and working through solutions with Product and Marketing partners. You are an inspiring and inclusive leader, with experience developing and coaching teams towards shared common goals. You are adept at leading through influence and exercise good judgment, especially in the face of ambiguity, providing context, not control. You are nimble and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to bridge competing priorities among stakeholders and simplify complexity. If you are someone who has a passion for both art (creativity/brand) and science (technology/data), who thrives in creating and championing operational workflows backed by data - then this is the role for you!
