The Opportunity
We’re seeking a standout Manager to join the Creator & Talent Partnerships team at Netflix. This person thrives working at the intersection of entertainment and gaming, connecting with gamers, streamers, digital partners, managers and emerging talent. You’re organized, proactive, and know how to keep multiple high-profile projects moving at once.

As the Games Manager, you will be the engine behind our creator and talent outreach for Netflix Games, aligning and streamlining efforts across Netflix’s rapidly expanding slate. You’ll collaborate closely with our Games vertical and social teams to:

  • Build and nurture relationships with reps, publicists, managers, and agents

  • Drive creator and talent strategies for game-specific campaigns

  • Negotiate offers and secure the right voices for the right moments

  • Ensure talent engagement is efficient, intentional, and culturally impactful

This role plays a key part in developing a unified approach to talent across Netflix Games and Marcomms, championing alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners. Your focus will include established talent (actors, singers, musicians, athletes, etc), rising voices we want to spotlight, and influential creators whose brands and communities resonate with our strategy.

This position is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Director, Creator & Talent Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive creator-led amplification for Netflix Games, aligning talent and influencer strategy with overall game marketing campaigns — including audience targeting, content moments, and platform execution across TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Instagram, Reddit, X/Twitter, and more.

  • Source, evaluate, and activate the right streamers and talent to reach core players and unlock new fandom from marquee names to culturally relevant emerging voices.

  • Partner closely with marketing, publicity and talent reps to design and execute creator/talent capture plans: content days, live streams, on-set shoots, behind-the-scenes access, and specialty events.

  • Use data, insights, and community feedback to refine creator strategy, optimize content performance, and guide ongoing campaign decisions while balancing smart risk-taking and cultural instincts.

  • Serve as the primary talent and creator point of contact for Games across cross-functional partners including Title Marketing, Games, Publicity, Brand Partnerships and more.

  • Provide on-set talent support at shoots, productions, and premieres and events, working with publicists and reps to ensure a seamless experience and successful content capture.

  • Oversee talent approvals for campaign materials, including scripts, shoot concepts, and content edits.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience leading talent and creator strategy for multiplatform marketing campaigns, ideally within gaming or adjacent entertainment.

  • 5+ years working with creators, streamers, talent reps, and digital platforms to deliver high-impact results.

  • Strong understanding of what drives culture on TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Discord and how talent influences discovery and play.

  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial, comfortable leading when needed and supporting when best for the work.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate, present, and read the room, especially with talent, reps, and executives.

  • Data-literate and audience-obsessed, you use insights to guide decisions and take bold swings when cultural opportunity calls.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

  • Skilled at building trust and alignment across all partners, internal teams and external industry relationships.

  • Thrives in change, brings energy and focus, and embraces the unique values of Netflix culture.
