The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-obsessed Specialist to own the off-platform voice and content strategy for our prestige audience segment, with a primary focus on the Tudum Instagram account. This role is critical for building Tudum’s authority and cultural cachet.

You will be the key connector between our core editorial site (Tudum.com), our high-priority awards-season initiatives (Netflix Awards), and our premium print/digital publication (Tudum Magazine). Your mission is to craft a cohesive, elevated, and compelling narrative that showcases the artistry, craft, and excellence behind our most acclaimed content. You will be responsible for ensuring our storytelling successfully captures the interest of a discerning, culturally-savvy audience (e.g., cinephiles, industry insiders, arts & culture tastemakers) and connects the dots among our editorial products.

This is a hands-on role that requires a sharp, creative editorial mind, a piercing visual eye, and a deep passion for the craft of filmmaking and television.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day programming, content creation (including light design/video editing), and community management for the Tudum Instagram account, ensuring a consistent, premium, and authoritative voice.

  • Act as the primary bridge between Tudum.com, Netflix Awards, and Tudum Magazine, developing and executing integrated content plans that tell a unified, multi-platform story.

  • Partner closely with the Netflix Awards team during key campaign windows (Emmys, Oscars, etc.) to translate awards strategy into compelling, elevated, fan-facing social content that meets business and Publishing goals.

  • Collaborate with the Tudum Magazine team to create digital-first expressions of print content, building desire and driving awareness for the publication.

  • In partnership with our social creative agency, ideate and produce bespoke content (graphics, video, carousels, Stories, Reels) specifically designed to engage a 'prestige' audience, focusing on craft, artistry, and behind-the-scenes narratives.

  • Own the strategy and day-to-day programming of the Netflix Letterboxd account.

  • Work cross-functionally with Publishing Editorial, Creative Studios, and Discovery to ensure our prestige storytelling is platform-specific, timely, and reaches the right audience at the right moment.

  • In deep partnership with the Manager, Off-Platform Strategy & Programming, own the tactical execution and management of Prestige content across other owned platforms such as Apple News and Apple Maps Guides.

  • In deep partnership with the Manager, Creators & Partnerships, ensure that Prestige Publishing initiatives live as opportunities across our brand work and creator amplification strategy.

  • Analyze and report on the performance of the Tudum Instagram and other prestige-focused initiatives across platforms, providing insights to refine our approach and grow our target audience.

  • Stay tapped into the cultural conversation, identifying moments and trends relevant to our prestige audience and content slate.

What We're Looking For (The Ideal Candidate):

  • Experience: 4+ years in social media management, editorial, or brand marketing, with a specific focus on a 'prestige,' luxury, arts, or culture brand.

  • Strong Platform Expertise: You have proven, hands-on experience managing and growing a high-profile Instagram account. A strong portfolio of creative, beautiful, and engaging Instagram content is essential.

  • Sophisticated Taste: You have a keen eye for design and exceptional creative taste. You know what high-end, premium content looks and feels like and can create it.

  • Passion for the "Craft": You are a genuine cinephile. You understand and are passionate about the awards landscape and can speak fluently about the craft of filmmaking and television (e.g., directing, cinematography, costume design).

  • Exceptional Editorial Skills: You are an excellent, witty, and elevated copywriter. You have a distinct voice that can be both authoritative and engaging.

  • Highly Collaborative: You are a proactive communicator who can build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including awards teams, editorial staff, and creative agencies.

  • Comfortable On Set: You have experience working on photo and video shoots with high-profile talent, and know when and display discretion and professionalism at all times.

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: You can manage a complex content calendar, juggle multiple stakeholder priorities, and ensure flawless execution.

  • A passion for Netflix's prestige slate and a desire to celebrate the artistry behind it.
