About The Team:
The Sales Solutions Team serves as a strategic overlay to client, agency sales, and account management teams, specializing in client technology integrations, audience-driven media strategies, and programmatic media sales spanning client direct, agency, and reseller/aggregator business segments. The Emerging Business sales team is part of the broader Sales Solutions team and is responsible for activating, fulfilling and accelerating inbound programmatic demand from our Emerging Business segment, made up of advertisers/agencies not covered by our Direct sales team. The team works closely with DSPs and local resellers, driving proactive outbound sales efforts through scalable strategies and automated solutions.
About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven and strategic sales solutions specialist to join our Sales Solutions team. The candidate will be accountable for driving revenue growth for this segment in the EMEA region and will be the main point of contact for these advertisers and agencies. They will collaborate with programmatic channel partners (e.g., DSPs, resellers, aggregators) to accelerate inbound demand and drive adoption from new advertisers - This includes overseeing commercial activities including pitch, upsell, optimization, retention, and renewal. This is a team of experts who curate and execute inventory strategies that enable Emerging Business programmatic buyers to make investments that best address their campaign objectives while also developing and deploying scalable activation playbooks, checklists and educational resources to optimise the buyer journey and maximise commercial impact.
The ideal candidate will bring ad tech and programmatic industry expertise, data-driven problem solving, and stellar communication skills. They should be a proven high-performer in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This role will ensure that advertisers of all sizes receive consultative, consistent engagement to drive business outcomes in a scalable, repeatable fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify high potential clients and grow programmatic inbound demand for Emerging Business in order to meet or exceed sales targets; ensure client satisfaction to drive renewal and retention.
Consult with clients to identify the ideal strategy for their programmatic campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and client goals.
Collaborate with DSPs, aggregators, and resellers to maximize reach and revenue, create demand, and develop scaled mechanisms and playbooks to unlock new clients and grow high-potential opportunities.
Develop and scale best practices in a predictable and repeatable manner across partners to enhance discoverability and facilitate effective buying.
Monitor KPI’s related to net new advertisers, growth, churn, and accounts ready for ‘graduation’; use insights to improve deal curation strategy.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
5+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
Experience with annual brand and media planning; deep understanding of ad tech and programmatic advertising, industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the programmatic landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong ability to develop scalable sales resources (playbooks, checklists, educational materials) and deliver education at scale.
Analytical, data-driven approach to sales process improvement and client strategy.
Success in this Role Means:
Achieving or exceeding revenue targets for the Emerging Business segment through programmatic DSP partners and future demand channels.
Efficiently activating inbound programmatic briefs and driving a measurable increase in outbound sales volume from Emerging Business buyers.
Generate a robust outbound pipeline, with a set number of qualified outbound leads converting to active advertisers.
Achieve a high Emerging Business advertiser retention rate through scalable education and support.
Achieve high adoption rates of developed sales playbooks, checklists, and self-serve resources among DSPs, resellers, and Emerging Business clients.
Building strong, strategic relationships with clients, and DSP partners, fostering long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
Developing and implementing data-driven strategies that improve sales processes, partner performance, and customer satisfaction.
Providing actionable market insights to Emerging Business buyers and partners that improve campaign performance and increase client investment.
