Screenings Researcher, Content Consumer Insights
Netflix
Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
Like our members, we love entertainment and are big believers in the power of the consumer's voice when delivering best-in-class content.
As the Content Consumer Insights team, we work closely with business partners to inspire creative decision-making by providing rich insights into genres, content opportunities, audiences, and evolving content tastes. We strive to understand the underlying needs, motivations, and emotions that drive love for our TV shows and movies so we can help Netflix continue to create stories that will excite members around the world.
Screening work-in-progress shows and movies are a critical part of that mission – this enables us to infuse consumer input into the production process, helping to make our content more appealing for our global audiences. Netflix Preview Club is our fast-growing exclusive screening program where members watch early versions of TV shows and movies before they’re released on their Netflix app. This program is a deeply cross-functional effort, and we’re looking for someone to play a lead role in Netflix Preview Club’s continued growth.
As a Screenings Researcher, you will be responsible for designing and executing research screenings for original films and TV shows. You will collaborate with Consumer Insights researchers, Operations teams, Post production, and more to ensure that screenings are set up for success. This is a hands-on role where you will analyze and synthesize consumer feedback to ensure our creatives have sharp, actionable insights when it matters most.

What You’ll Do
Facilitate screenings end-to-end: including questionnaire and discussion guide design, logistical coordination, fielding, and reporting.
Partner across functions: collaborate with screening operations, post-production, and CI researchers to ensure screenings deliver on their strategic goals.
Continuously improve screening craft: contribute to the evolution of our tooling, templates, and methodology.
Analyze and synthesize audience feedback across titles: blend qualitative and quantitative signals into clear narratives and actionable implications.
Support other research moments: contribute to additional phases of research throughout the title lifecycle.
