We are seeking a Senior Technology Auditor with a strong MRC (Media Rating Council) Accreditation background to join our growing team at Netflix. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading and executing MRC audits and a deep understanding of MRC compliance requirements and adtech. In addition, the candidate will need to exhibit strong technical and communication skills necessary to navigate a complex environment and cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in Los Gatos and reports to the Manager of Technology Audit.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases (planning, fieldwork, reporting, remediation) of the MRC accreditation audit, including but not limited to planning with external auditors, preparing required documents/evidence, responding to external auditors’ inquiries, and facilitating/managing remediation efforts.
Monitor process and system updates on an ongoing basis as our business grows to ensure controls are in place to meet the MRC requirements.
Perform internal reviews on all MRC in-scope processes (e.g., ITGC, Invalid Traffic Filtration, etc) to support the readiness of external audits.
Facilitate communication with MRC on required updates such as journal of changes, and cyber disclosure.
Provide SME support for technical teams to meet compliance requirements from design phases.
Audit technology process around home-grown systems and 3rd party systems. In many cases, execute procedures that provide control assurance through code review.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
Identify improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and impact of audit procedures.
Collaborate with external auditors on an ongoing basis to ensure continued alignment and timely completion of agreed-upon milestones.
Document accurate and detailed work papers clearly describing the audit procedures, the result of work performed, and conclusions reached.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or related fields
At least 5+ years of experience under your belt, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting or internal audit experience
Experiences with digital advertising and/or MRC accreditation are a must
Strong understanding of MRC compliance requirements, especially for digital services
Strong grasp of basic technology concepts (infrastructure, applications, etc)
Deep knowledge of IT auditing processes/procedures
Proficient in code review for common programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Java)
Working knowledge of cloud-based systems and compliance in cloud environment
Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal), sound judgment in analyzing problems, with proficiency in assessing risk and evaluating technology and internal controls
Highly detail-oriented, along with the ability to deliver high-quality work products
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
Able to work closely with people at all levels of the organization and facilitate discussions with management regarding audit findings and implementation of corrective actions
Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and consistently shows proactiveness.
CISA, CIA, and Big 4 consulting experience is a plus

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $240,000.
