Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

We are pursuing consumer products because we believe they will drive meaningful show awareness/buzz with more tangible, curated ways to interact with our most popular content and, in effect, drive long-term value. We want merchandise, interactive games, and experiences to help promote our titles and build them into title brands or franchises so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time.

This role requires someone to take on the responsibility of creating and executing the Netflix consumer products retail strategy for Spain and Portugal based on the Netflix original content slate.

As the Retail Specialist IBERIA at Netflix, your role will be very strategic. Plan, develop, and implement go-to-market retail programs and cross-category activations in partnership with key stakeholders (retailers and licensees) to drive strong demand, expanding brand awareness beyond content, and ensure alignment with Netflix’s brand and content priorities.

    • Laying out the strategy through DTR (Direct to Retail) on key retailers to unlock specific distributions to expand our presence in the market.

    • Data & Analytical Focus. Use data-driven insights and performance analysis to inform decision-making, optimize strategies, and report on key business outcomes.

    • Lead the launch of innovative products and immersive retail experiences, positioning Netflix as a benchmark for creativity and consumer engagement in the retail landscape.

  • Cross-functional management:

    • Drive the transfer and adaptation of international best practices from other regions (UCAN, LATAM, APAC, EMEA) into the local market and vice versa.

    • Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to leverage learning and optimize execution.

    • Align with key stakeholders across content makers, brand partnerships, BLA, creative marketing, and regional marketing teams where applicable to maximize the impact of our strategies.

Requirements:
