The team is responsible for overseeing the business and creative execution across merchandise creation, product development, licensee relationships, publishing, marketing, as well as a global division focused on live experiences.

That’s where you come in. We’re seeking a highly motivated Creative Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day creative production and operational workflows for the Product Development & Creative team in LA. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative deliverables, with a primary focus on Global Style Guide production (60-70%) and UCAN product development initiatives (30-40%). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys managing multiple workflows and maintaining strong communication across teams. You’ll collaborate closely with global and regional leads, as well as cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of creative operations, product development, and licensing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the development, production, and delivery of Global Style Guides, working closely with the Global PDC Design Manager (and Creative Operations Manager) to coordinate project timelines, vendor workflows, and ensure team alignment.

  • Provide organizational support for UCAN regional product development initiatives, ensuring timelines, assets, and stakeholder inputs are properly tracked.

  • Coordinate with vendors and freelancers on asset delivery, statements of work (SOWs), and meeting cadences; serve as a key point of contact to keep production moving efficiently.

  • Prepare stakeholder approval submissions and consolidate feedback, translating notes into clear, actionable next steps in partnership with project leads.

  • Maintain real-time project documentation, budget trackers, sample logs, and internal knowledge bases to support team visibility and alignment.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams – including CP Operations, Merchandise Strategy & Development, Retail Marketing and Legal teams – to support consistent workflows.

  • Flag roadblocks and proactively help troubleshoot project issues related to timelines and resources; escalate UCAN PD operational updates that impact global PDC workflows.

  • Help coordinate the receipt and organization of product samples, ensuring contractual obligations are met and that physical samples are well stored, tracked, and showcased where needed.

  • Work closely with the Global Creative Operations Manager to align on best practices, workflow improvements and knowledge sharing.

What We Need From You:

  • 5+ years in a coordination or operations role, preferably within licensing, product development or creative production environments.

  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and terminology, especially within a product or content-driven business.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; capable of juggling multiple priorities.

  • Strong communicator (both written and verbal), with the ability to distill feedback, facilitate meetings, and track deliverables across global teams.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and/or distributed teams.

  • Agile approach and a love for solving problems, adapting to challenges, and navigating change.

  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (specifically Google Workspace, Slack).

  • Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
