Your ability to foster alignment across engineering teams working on various devices and technology platforms will be key. You should also be comfortable leading through ambiguity and driving progress even when some stakeholders remain unconvinced. Your leadership will directly impact these teams' productivity and pace of innovation.

- Engage and thrive in a healthy debate of ideas, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration, and communicate product plans and progress broadly throughout the organization.
- Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of our products—such as improvements in test coverage, operational efficiency, and automation health—and drive the execution and continuous evaluation of those metrics to ensure ongoing impact.
- Drive the evolution of our CI/CD ecosystem, including enhancing our Jenkins and Spinnaker platforms, expanding our use of GitHub Actions, and integrating with automated testing frameworks and physical device labs.
