THE ROLE
The Netflix Nonfiction & Live Marketing team seeks a creative marketer with specific experience in Live marketing for Unscripted titles (talent competitions, awards shows, game shows, etc). This person will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our culture-making LIVE programs and specials.
LIVE campaigns extend across multiple consumer entry points, from core AV and print materials to creative extensions that integrate talent and brands from across the entertainment, music, sports and pop cultural landscapes. The Marketing Manager is responsible for seamless cohesion of creative materials across a multitude of internal Netflix teams, like ad sales or events.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience building and managing LIVE marketing campaigns. They will be highly collaborative and able to build a relationship with and navigate through a complex network of internal and external stakeholders. This candidate will also have a strong instinct for current cultural trends and a willingness to contribute to larger initiatives related to LIVE events beyond marketing for the betterment of the initiative, on top of delivering core marketing materials that pierce the zeitgeist and drive conversation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and execute global 360 creative marketing campaigns for Live & Non-Live Entertainment that achieve key marketing objectives across both Netflix and external partners.
Create a compelling campaign strategy that all cross-functional partners use to execute the campaign.
Execute incredible campaign materials across print, AV, social, and more.
Act as a liaison to internal cross functional teams to ensure cohesion at every step of the campaign, including Content, Production, Product, and Publicity teams, and more.
Communicate directly with talent (actors, musicians, creators, and more) as well as their respective management teams to build best-in-class, talent-forward creative.
Contribute to overall sculpting of our Live initiative by bringing a marketing / conversational POV to discussions around pop-culture, music, talent, and other cultural entry points.
Collaborate with regional partners to ensure campaigns resonate locally and maximize overall global impact.
Be the main point of contact for external creative agencies, including briefing, hiring, managing scope, and giving feedback on campaign creative.
Proactively identify inefficiencies and blockers throughout the Live campaign development process and work with cross-functional partners to help develop solutions.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $215,000 - $315,000.
