We recently launched a new ad-supported tier to offer our members with more choice in how they consume their content. Our new tier allows us to attract new members at a lower price point, while also creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach audiences that are deeply immersed.
Our Team
The Ads Platform team builds the advertising systems and integrations that powers the delivery of ads using our world class content delivery ecosystem. We deliver ads in a manner that’s thoughtful of our member’s viewing experience and drive great outcomes for advertisers. We also ensure that advertiser brand safety is ensured during serving, members only see the most appropriate ads for them and Netflix’s advertising policies and contracts are thoroughly enforced.

What you'll be doing
As a Technical Product Integrations Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling and accelerating our ads supply expansion. In this role, you will:
Lead technical integrations with ad servers, SSPs, and other ad tech platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and privacy-compliant solutions.
Serve as a technical point of contact for partner onboarding, collaborating closely with product managers, engineering teams, and external partners to assess integration requirements and guide partners through the integration lifecycle.
Analyze partner systems and recommend optimal integration models, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and scalability.
Design and implement integration kits, technical documentation, API specifications, and best-practice guides to accelerate partner onboarding and simplify ongoing maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across ad formats, data sharing, creative delivery, and measurement, ensuring a seamless and performant advertising experience for both partners and Netflix members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize integration approaches, reduce complexity, and ensure alignment with Netflix’s privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
Continuously gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to iterate on integration playbooks, frameworks, and onboarding processes.
Contribute to the development of foundational ad tech capabilities, including support for open protocols, data clean rooms, creative hosting, and advanced reporting.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends in ad tech, CTV, and privacy, and advocate for scalable, future-proof solutions that support Netflix’s evolving business needs.
We’re seeking a candidate who has:
7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical integration, or a related role within ad tech, CTV, or digital media.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations with ad servers (e.g., FreeWheel, GAM, Magnite/Springserve), SSPs, DSPs, and/or custom partner platforms.
Strong understanding of advertising protocols (e.g., VAST, OpenRTB), measurement frameworks, and creative delivery pipelines.
Experience with API design, documentation, and partner-facing technical support.
Familiarity with privacy-first data sharing models, data clean rooms, and consent management frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex integration challenges.
Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, and build trust with partners and internal teams.
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising, auction dynamics, and CTV ad monetization strategies is highly desirable.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams of designers, engineers, and business partners
