  • Design, manage, and execute the standardized technical onboarding program, leveraging the central hub. Coordinate ongoing internal training and development initiatives to ensure the technical staff is continuously developing their skills.

  • Streamline the process for generating communications artifacts and improve the quality and readability of communications across the organization, ensuring communication hygiene on DLs and Slack channels.

  • Collaborate with other internal teams and TPM organizations to identify opportunities for knowledge sharing and best practices adoption, standardizing program management methodologies and enhancing organizational transparency.

  • Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new execution tools and processes, specifically focusing on leveraging Generative AI solutions to enhance program management methodologies and operational excellence.

  • Lead the planning and execution of key culture events, including Hack Days and Demo Fairs, and partner with leaders on brand-building efforts to attract top technical talent.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years experience in Program Management or Project Management, preferably within technical or infrastructure-focused environments.
