We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Vice President for Ads Engineering, the team responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure, tools, and services that power Netflix’s advertising platform.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with an unwavering attention to detail at all times. A high level of organization and excellent communication skills are a must. We need someone who can not only be great in their day-to-day work but can also identify opportunities to make the overall team more organized and efficient. Someone who is curious, collaborative, and operates with exceptional judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar—proactively prioritizing time, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and enabling the most effective use of the executive’s time.
Collaborate closely with internal partners, including direct staff and the broader administrative community, to gather context and track key dates.
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, working across time zones and regions to ensure every detail is covered, from logistics to cultural context.
Maintain and update communication channels (Slack, DLs, trackers) to ensure accessibility of business-critical information.
Support planning of team offsites and cross-functional events - including logistics, vendor management, accommodations, transportation, A/V, and post-event wrap-ups.
Ad hoc projects and administrative support.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
Team player with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
Previous experience supporting a large cross-functional/regional team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with confidential or sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback
Willingness to make informed decisions and exercise judgement to think outside of the box
Understanding of how to prioritise and respond accordingly
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google suite apps, a high degree of comfort in learning and working with online tools and applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $60,000 - $240,000.
