The Scaled Research Operations Pod’s mission is to build solutions for global research projects and programs. This includes partnerships on global trackers and panels. We employ research best practices alongside innovative methodologies to capture the voice of the consumer. The pod sits within the Data & Insights group.

We are looking for a stunning Senior Research Program Manager to join our Scaled Research Operations Pod. This role will partner across Content Researchers, Product, Data Science & Engineering, and Product Design teams along with external vendors to execute online content screenings and surveys. This role will identify and drive opportunities to innovate, and to build efficiency, which ultimately empowers Consumer Insights to deliver extraordinary insights for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Execute panel content screenings and survey workflows using both in-house and external content screening tools

  • Represent Scaled Research Operations in meetings & communications with Post Production teams, Content researchers, creators and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to design and standardize screening and survey workflows

  • Partner with Data Science & Engineering (DSE), Product, Engineers and vendors to inform data processing and analysis plans

  • Lead partnership with Localization teams when scaling or updating screening templates

  • Troubleshoot issues related to screening operations, survey products, and programming escalations

  • Represent the weekly screening operations team in weekly cross-functional meetings

  • Drive workflow efficiencies across various screening methods, including in-person, panel-based, and audience-capture formats

  • Manage shifting research priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Contribute to the development of documentation for screening processes and tooling opportunities

  • Inform panel recruitment and participation needs based on weekly screening trends

  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve internal workflows and screening tools

Qualifications

  • You have a minimum of 10 years of global research operations experience, working with Content Creators, Product teams, Researchers and other cross-functional teams

  • 10+ years of experience managing online survey program management

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to make sound independent decisions while knowing when to call out issues

  • Flexibility to accommodate time zones or other team members and partners globally, as needed

  • Possess a passion for research and the ability to screen early TV shows and movies to consumers

  • You thrive on the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment - making sound, contextualized and independent decisions

  • You have a passion for finding the right approach, tool or solution for the challenge at hand

  • You enjoy being part of a team that can creatively flex and drive innovation for our research practice

  • You’re a pragmatic problem solver and have a gift for identifying areas of improvement

  • You haven’t lost your ability (or passion!) to be hands-on or in the weeds when needed

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $130,000 - $470,000.
