The Launch Management team ensures that we launch the portfolio of titles at the highest quality and in the most efficient way possible to maximize member joy.

The Role:

As a Launch Manager (LM), you will leverage your deep product knowledge and operational expertise to orchestrate the end-to-end launch of titles across the region. You will act as the strategic architect and operational lead for your portfolio, ensuring launches deliver the intended creative, business, and product experience at scale. You will also oversee end-to-end creative production and project management of promotional assets for the content slate, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of creative assets. Thorough knowledge of the local content strategy and its business implications, member experiences, and technical troubleshooting, paired with strong partnerships with stakeholders, will be critical to your success.

You will be part of the Product Merchandising team, which is responsible for packaging and promoting the content catalogue on products to drive impact and engagement throughout their lifecycle. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and will support the Thai and Philippines content slate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalogue Strategy & Optimization: Define and execute catalogue strategies that maximize content performance and member engagement on the Netflix platform.

  • End-to-End Launch Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for your title slate, leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around launch objectives.

  • Product Expertise: Develop deep fluency in Netflix’s product, advising on best practices to enhance how members interact with content and proactively identifying opportunities to innovate the member experience.

  • Creative Operations: Partner closely with the Product Creative Strategist to manage creative production of image, video, and copy promotional assets for the content slate for on-product use, and align with cross-functional teams on timeline and deliverables.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of launch quality, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in workflows to support launches at scale.

  • Stakeholder Leadership: Build strong partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders by communicating clearly and influencing effectively to drive alignment and results.

  • Rapid Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot urgent issues cross-functionally, stepping in operationally as needed to protect and enhance the member experience.

The ideal candidate:

  • A good balance of left and right brain thinking—the ability to understand the pulse of our consumers and put oneself in their shoes, an appreciation of content nuances and needs, data fluency, and development of fluency in product logic/principles.

  • 6-8 years of experience in project/program management, ideally in a fast-moving environment.

  • Possesses an analytical mindset and a bias towards solving for impact and scale.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills (clear communication style and strong ability to influence) and a good team player.

  • A passion for operations and a thirst to do more with less, to work smarter, not harder.

  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate strong proactivity to take accountability and drive initiatives.

  • Thai & English fluency (business level) - written and spoken.

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

  • Deep passion for entertainment and content.

  • The ability to exemplify the Netflix culture and values.
