Within the broader Market Planning and Operations (MPO) organization, we’re building out our Pricing and Packaging team, who will help steward and support our Ads pricing go-to-market. In this role, you will support the Ads business for Mexico, with specialization across Ad Sales pricing & packaging ad formats to maximize our sales efficiency and revenues. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, MPO, Pricing and Packaging (LATAM).
In tandem, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly in this space, working closely with a cross-functional team across Sales, Sales Operations, FS&A, Business Partnership, and Integration Marketing to help build the best approach to advertising at Netflix.

Your responsibilities will include:
Support Sales in the creation and management of negotiated ratecards for preferred partnerships (clients and agencies) localized in Mexico;
Develop seasonal and strategic packages around the year, including product mix strategy and pricing;
Work cross-functionally to generate supply & demand reporting around packages and Titles offerings, evaluating trends and support optimization to facilitate growth of the business;
Manage clients and agencies combined CPMs to be within Finance & Strategy effective CPMs guidelines;
Evaluate and trouble-shoot campaign-level pricing challenges together with Account Management;
Steward internal & marketplace feedback to develop Sales promotions and/or resolve pricing/packaging roadblocks
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Pricing & Planning in the Advertising universe
Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish
Open TV, Streaming, Pay TV or Digital Ads background is a must
Familiarity with programmatic advertising, auction dynamics and/or ad tech
Embodies Netflix’s cultural values and is excited to work in a high-performance culture
Knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad tech ecosystem is highly preferred
Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
A strong attention to detail and eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems
Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, able to work autonomously, and perform tasks with a wide range of difficulties
Very strong project management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under tight timelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels
