Position Overview

We are looking for a coordinator to help the Nonfiction Marketing team on a variety of campaigns and departmental needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization, and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that needs someone with good judgment, great communication, and the ability to implement effective systems. You will need excellent prioritization skills. Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Help with overall campaign and project management working with the operations team to build schedules, asset collection for briefs, and help complete SOWs.

  • Social Asset Organization: Input social media assets into Socialite, our internal asset management system, set up Dropbox links for talent tool-kits, and create and send emails around social debuts along with social guidance to talent and reps

  • Agency Management: Assist in managing external creative agencies, including scheduling meetings and typing up creative notes and next steps

  • Marketing Shoot Coordination: Support Manager in the pre-production phase of marketing shoots, including building talent memos, booking talent travel, itinerary planning, and coordinating general logistics

  • Budget & Finance Duties: Track and organize invoices, set up new vendors in our payment systems, and process POs

  • Cross-Functional Support: Help field requests from cross-functional teams (e.g. Publicity or Social teams)

  • Administrative Work: Assist in scheduling meetings and cleaning up campaign presentations or memos

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience working at a network, studio, creative agency or similar entertainment industry environment

  • Highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and respond accordingly to the shifting needs of the team

  • Proactive communicator who is is comfortable with liaising with internal executives and external talent

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting

  • Positive attitude and team player, especially when faced with changing responsibilities

  • Tech-savvy with absolute proficiency in Google Workplace

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000.
