Support the smooth delivery of HR programs and services, contributing to employee engagement and operational efficiency
Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize, automate, and improve HR processes and service delivery
Create, update, and manage HR documentation and knowledge base content in both Korean and English
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to analyze, operationalize, and enhance new and existing HR services
Skills & qualifications:
2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR support role, preferably within a multinational or matrix organization
Professional proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is required; TOPIK certification of Level 5 or higher is strongly preferred.
Experienced user of HRIS and Service Center technologies (Workday, Zendesk, Google Workplace preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented mindset
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong alignment with the Netflix culture, demonstrating curiosity, openness to feedback, and a commitment to inclusion and excellence
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup (at least twice a week in our Makati office), as well as varying shifts and holidays as needed
Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
