To support our growth across multiple regions, we are looking for a seasoned people leader for our Talent Coordination based in Mexico City, allowing TA Operations to scale without sacrificing quality. In this role, you will lead a fantastic team of Talent Coordinators, ensuring the seamless delivery of interview scheduling and operational support for our Talent Acquisition functions across the UCAN and LATAM regions. You will champion operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience.


In this role, you will:


Be a People leader - You’re an experienced people leader. You have the ability to keep building and managing a high-performing team, create a strategy, and lead others toward a vision. Fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement to deliver a seamless scheduling experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Be an Architect - You forecast the needs of the business and plan resources to support the demand. You decide on and implement the right resource model to achieve hiring goals
Be a Collaborator - You’re an expert at creating partnerships across Netflix and within Talent Acquisition. Maintain a close pulse on business needs through regular stakeholder and partner engagement (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Regional Services leader), proactively adjusting team support models and workflows to align with changing priorities and drive process enhancements.
Be a Candidate Experience Designer - Manage day-to-day scheduling operations with a hands-on approach, deep-diving into processes and stepping in to support interview scheduling as needed to meet business demands and ensure team success.
Be an Innovator - You love to optimize workflows, drive more efficiency and effectiveness, and are exquisite at change management
Be an Analyst - You are curious about the business, analyze trends in recruiting and translate it back to the coordination function. Communicate key scheduling metrics, operational updates, and insights to stakeholders, and establish feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in the candidate and hiring manager


More about the requirements of the role:


Proven track record of people management, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
hands-on experience leading a team within an HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition Support environment. (minimum 4 years).
Strong people leadership Skills and solid project management experience.
You excel in a fast-paced environment, are a proficient problem solver, and have a global mindset.
You have experience in Recruiting Coordination and operations space working with stakeholders in different countries and cultures (US and LATAM)
Ability to work varying shifts and holidays as needed. Your flexibility in adapting to different work schedules is important to us.
