Senior Analyst, Transfer Pricing

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with cross-functional teams (Americas Tax, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Accounting, etc.) to support the business needs and with external advisors on transfer pricing projects.
Gather and analyze transfer pricing data to prepare and update transfer pricing compliance documents for legal entities in the Americas region, as well as comply with requests from external auditors.
Analyze and prepare responses on transfer pricing topics in the course of local country tax audits in the Americas and provide support to global projects with regional expertise.
Assist in the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies, including a technical deep-dive based on an understanding of the business.
Research tax issues, prepare technical documentation, and assist on special transfer pricing projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
5+ years of transfer pricing experience, including public accounting and/or industry experience.
Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Exposure to US international tax principles is a plus.
Self-starter with the ability to independently juggle multiple projects and produce a high quality work product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external advisors, and explain complex transfer pricing concepts.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and tax research software and tools.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000-240,000.
