Our small but mighty Finance PMO (Program Management Office) team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our Finance optimization initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Process, Systems, and Data Optimization, you will be instrumental in enhancing and deploying our solution capabilities. Your role will involve driving tactical initiatives that aim to optimize the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our Finance organization. In your day-to-day activities, you will be deeply engaged in the details, analyzing current business processes, documenting business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions to boost productivity, streamline workflows, and drive sustainable growth from an end-to-end perspective. You will be pivotal in crafting essential documents such as memos, requirement documents, program charters, and approach documents. These documents will lay the groundwork for high levels of stakeholder engagement, alignment, and effectively guide our customers through their transformation journeys. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our broader Intelligent Automation efforts, a strategic priority for Netflix. You will collaborate with stakeholders from business, product, and engineering to advance intelligent automation efforts. You will lead the charge in identifying use cases, documenting requirements, managing intake processes, coordinating and facilitating training sessions to upskill users within Netflix’s Finance group, and driving communication efforts, including newsletters and executive updates.

This role demands a solid understanding of key finance processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting. Hands-on experience with the entire end-to-end process of implementing 1st and 3rd party solutions, including RPA, machine learning, and GenAI products, is essential. Your strength lies in your ability to effectively document and communicate, as you will be responsible for creating key artifacts like requirement documents, current and future state process flows, maturity assessments, design documents, requirements documents, and roadmaps. You are a highly motivated self-starter who can ‘connect the dots,’ learn quickly, and produce high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at navigating dynamic environments while collaborating with teams across the organization, including Finance, Product, and Engineering from various domains and geographies. Your capacity to translate strategic and tactical guidance into tangible outputs is your fastball and will make you a valuable member of our team.
