The Team & The Opportunity
We are the Program Management team within the Product Discovery and Promotion (PDP) organization, responsible for driving complex initiatives across PDP and Netflix partner teams. This role focuses on effective planning and execution of programs that span multiple organizations and contribute to our top company objectives. We are seeking a Program Leader who will lead, shape, and execute programs, act as a proactive thought partner to key stakeholders.
This is an individual contributor position with no people management responsibilities.

You have proven expertise in planning, executing, and delivering complex, global, cross-organizational programs, whether they involve developing new products from scratch or implementing large-scale internal business improvements. You excel at breaking down complex requirements into manageable programs, interfacing with multiple cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions successfully and on time. You are known for having the right tools to secure stakeholder buy-in and align everyone on a program. You understand how and when to switch between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution to benefit the program.

In this role you will:
- Stand up and drive enterprise-level global programs that are high-priority, ambiguous, and complex in nature.
- Identify broad trends and opportunities across your portfolio of programs to enhance impact and efficiency.
- Serve as a thought partner to key stakeholders, helping shape the vision and translate it into effective execution strategies.
- Manage, plan, and track program resources, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of multiple programs.
- Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges related to timelines, workflow changes, and program deliverables.
- Collaborate and lead across a diverse range of stakeholders, including Creative teams, Strategy and Analysis, Product Managers, and Engineering teams, to align on project plans, priorities, execution and delivery of highly technical initiatives.
- Share program management framework and best practices with PDP team members to enable them to effectively drive work streams within specific PDP initiatives.
- Work closely with other PDP program managers and cross-functional partners to identify common themes and trends in challenges and opportunities (e.g. innovation ideas) across regions, and propose ways to leverage these commonalities to create bigger opportunities across PDP overall.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000-$370,000.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
