The EMEA Regional Manager will play a key role in expanding and enhancing our gifting and talent experience programs across the region. This individual will be responsible for developing strategic brand partnerships for gifting occasions in multiple countries, creating custom packaging with compelling storytelling, and ensuring every gifting moment aligns seamlessly with our brand identity. The EMEA Regional Manager will explore innovative ways to elevate the talent experience through creative and experiential gifting. They will oversee multiple agency relationships, optimize workflows both internally and externally, and leverage new technologies to enhance efficiency for regional and global teams. Additionally, this role will lead global projects, drive initiatives that increase the team's visibility, and create opportunities to showcase the value of our work through events and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, a passion for brand storytelling, and the ability to build impactful partnerships that enhance the overall talent experience.

What You Bring to the Role

Strategic & Leadership Skills

  • Ability to develop and execute regional gifting and talent experience strategies

  • Strong brand storytelling skills to create cohesive and meaningful gifting moments

  • Experience in building and managing strategic brand partnerships across multiple countries

  • Proven ability to lead global projects and drive initiatives that enhance team visibility

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team, fostering collaboration and high performance

Creative & Experiential Gifting Expertise

  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing experiential gifting programs

  • Ability to design custom packaging that aligns with brand identity and storytelling

  • A trend-driven mindset with a passion for innovation in talent engagement and luxury gifting

Operational & Project Management Skills

  • Strong agency/vendor management experience, including overseeing multiple agency relationships

  • Ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency for internal teams and external partners
    Proficiency in leveraging technology to optimize gifting processes and enhance global collaboration

Collaboration & Relationship Building

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and engage with key stakeholders

  • Experience in hosting and executing events to showcase team value and impact

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing partnerships and executive relationships

Regional & Cultural Expertise

  • Deep understanding of EMEA markets and regional nuances in gifting and brand experiences

  • Ability to adapt gifting strategies to reflect local cultures, trends, and audience preferences

  • Experience navigating international logistics, compliance, tax, and vendor sourcing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or talent relations within the entertainment industry.

  • Proficiency in Air Table, Microsoft Word, Excel, G-Suite, Canva
