The Opportunity:
As a Legal Operations Project Manager, you will work closely with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and implement solutions that drive efficiencies across the Legal ecosystem at Netflix.
This position is based in Los Gatos, California.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a thought-partner to Legal stakeholders by helping identify operational pain points, conducting root cause analyses, and defining project objectives.
Design and implement scalable workflow/tooling solutions in partnership with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams.
Manage end-to-end project implementation, including authoring strategy memos, writing requirements, defining milestones, mapping dependencies, and developing strategies to mitigate setbacks.
Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and evaluate impact of initiatives.
Actively seek out and recognize projects that share common goals or operational requirements to optimize resource allocation and maximize impact.
Qualifications:
5+ years of legal operations and project management experience.
Highly organized individual with extraordinary attention to detail that thrives in collaborative environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely convey project objectives and progress to legal professionals, engineers, and business leaders.
Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects under pressing deadlines.
Familiarity with a variety of tools designed to support workflows (i.e., Airtable, Google Suite, Jira, Slack, Zendesk) is preferred.
Previous experience with Contracts Management is highly desirable.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $130,000 - $380,000.
