As part of the Global Enterprise Ops organization, the successful individual will play a key role in leading the Food & Beverage program across all our offices in EMEA, LATAM and APAC. The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring consistent, cost-effective, and quality F&B offerings across offices.

Aided by data-driven insights and reporting, this role drives the direction and experience of our Food & Beverage program. Partnering closely with FinOps and local Workplace teams, the F&B Manager champions global standards, vendor management, operational excellence, and budgetary compliance.

This role reports to Sr. Director, Workplace (EMEA/APAC/LATAM) and will partner closely with the F&B program manager in UCAN (LA)

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for food and beverage programs across all EMEA/LATAM and APAC offices. Ensuring service delivery in line with our unique culture.

  • Setting the north star for Food & Beverage in close alignment with your counterpart in UCAN.

  • Ensure processes are in place to meet all corporate and governmental health & safety standards.

  • Develop F&B budgets that meet financial and experience targets. Partner with the local Workplace teams in managing to budget.

  • Data & Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights and analytics through reports, presentations, and business cases. Manage KPI metrics for F&B regionally for APAC/LATAM/EMEA.

  • Operational Excellence: Establish and improve operational systems, policies, and processes. Monitor current production systems, recommending and implementing strategies.

  • F&B Experience: Work closely with vendor partners and local teams to drive a quality food & beverage experience that has a regional flair while remaining true to global standards around quality and variety.

  • Facility Design: Work with the Design & Construction team to provide best practice Netflix input for current and prospective F&B spaces.

  • Vendor Management: Source, develop, and manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective liaison and internal support. Conduct quarterly performance reviews and oversee vendor discipline.

  • Team Collaboration: Advise and train local workplace teams on performance tracking, liaising with workplace managers across different sites, and collaborating on large-scale F&B projects.

  • Innovation: Research new technologies and methods for increased efficiency. Identify creative culinary solutions suited for a dynamic workplace environment. Keeping on top of trends and developments within the food industry.

  • Project Management: Collaborates on projects, assists in defining scope, establishing work plans, allocating resources, and ensuring timely execution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience leading the full cycle development of the hospitality sector for a corporate/campus dining, hotel or hospitality group.

  • Deep knowledge and experience in the catering, hospitality and culinary industries across different Regions

  • Proven F&B expense accountability by creating and implementing operational excellence procedures

  • Ability to develop a clear business strategy and execute accordingly

  • Demonstrate highly proficient operational skills across multiple hospitality concepts (dining, snacks, beverage, event catering, etc.)

  • Strong vendor management experience and negotiations skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills and collaborative style

  • Adaptability to navigate changing circumstances and rapidly shifting priorities

  • Familiarity with international food programs, vendors and regulations

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across regions and cultures.
