The Role
Product Discovery & Promotion (PDP) sits at the heart of the Choosing experience for every Netflix member. From Metadata & Tagging, Creative Strategy & Craft, through to Production, Globalization, and Launch, this team touches every title that our members see on the Netflix platform. PDP Operations drives excellence in every launch such that we can work smarter, increase efficiency and, most importantly, increase joy for our members on the Netflix platform.
As an integral part of the PDP APAC Regional Operations team, the Creative Operations Lead will shepherd the creative production of promotional assets in APAC. They will have the opportunity to innovate and build the reputation of the Operations function, maximize creative solutions, and drive the efficiency and impact of the team and the campaigns we create. They will work closely with other members of the Regional Operations team, as well as Creative & Copy Strategists, Editors, Designers, and Producers to ensure we have the right creative plan to launch each title. They will be instrumental in ensuring we design and deploy the right production solutions and scalable creative workflows.
This role is based in Singapore. The role will report to the Sr Manager, Regional Operations.
In this role, you will:
Establish: Deploy and reinforce adherence to creative operations workflows and adapt regional learnings in the pursuit of global operational excellence.
Balance: Manage the routing pipeline and strategy for projects between internal and external creative teams and vendors.
Optimize: Ensure our pool of creative resources is effectively deployed and work with our scaled operations partners to uncover and maximize opportunities for efficiency.
Collaborate: Work with cross-functional partners to ensure our vendor ecosystem can meet our evolving title-level needs. Serve as a strong bridge to our wider Operations community and support the success of local-to-global and global-to-local initiatives.
Maintain: Champion operational best practices across our creative workflows, and own the training and associated materials for teams (internal and external).
Track and analyze: Monitor team capacity, target adherence, production spend, and trends in workflow adherence.
Innovate: Act as a critical thought partner in the development of new scalable production workflows and creative technology that deliver creative excellence at our core.
The ideal candidate:
10+ years of production, operational, and trafficking experience within Creative organizations or internal Creative teams.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other APAC languages a plus.
Exemplary organizational skills, a disciplined work ethic and strong workflow management experience.
Experience deploying project management solutions for a diverse set of deliverables; familiarity with management software (e.g. Monday and Airtable) a plus.
Passion for the creative development process.
Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships (technical and creative).
Effective at giving honest and direct feedback.
Passionate about all aspects of the business and how they connect.
